The current rapid escalation of the fuel price since 1^st August 2021, has necessitated us to change our strategy of not charging a Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) to our customers. This change brings us into line with the rest of the industry.

The FAF is currently being adjusted monthly to reflect the current fuel price compared to the base price at 1^st August 2021, this will then represent the FAF for the next month.

Should the current fuel price fall consistently back to that of the base price, the FAF will be removed.

 The FAF will show on the last line of your invoice before the Subtotal.

The FAF for the period 1st March 2025 to 31st March 2025 is 7.9% 

The FAF for the period 1st February 2025 to 28th February 2025 is 7.9%

The FAF for the period 1st December 2024 to 31st December 2024 is 6.5%
