Fuel Adjustment Factor

The current rapid escalation of the fuel price since 1st August 2021, has necessitated us to change our strategy of not charging a Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) to our customers. This change brings us into line with the rest of the industry.

The FAF is currently being adjusted monthly to reflect the current fuel price compared to the base price at 1st August 2021, this will then represent the FAF for the next month.

Should the current fuel price fall consistently back to that of the base price, the FAF will be removed.
